The moment you see your baby for the first time is surreal and unforgettable. Even for us, it feels magical every time! Our sonographers- Ismay, Marijke, Femke and Eveline- provide medical scans to monitor your baby’s health and also provide the 2D non-medical ultrasounds for you to admire your baby along the way. Our 3D/4D non-medical ultrasounds are performed by our non-medical sonographer Ramona
Medical ultrasounds
Throughout your pregnancy, there may be times when a medical scan is needed During the dating scan, we establish your due date for the first time. Additional scans may be required to check growth or ensure your baby is positioned correctly. Each detail is explained to you calmly, so you’ll understand exactly what measurements are being taken.
Prenatal screening
There are also two ultrasounds to screen for congenital anomalies, which are part of prenatal screening (link). These are the 13-week and 20-week scans. You can read more about this on this page.
Non-medical ultrasound
Curious about your baby’s gender? Or would you just like to see that little beating heart again? Sometimes, it’s just nice to have an extra look at your baby—simply because you can. During a non-medical ultrasound, you can relax and enjoy watching your baby. The best images are captured for you. With every scan, you’ll receive 1-2 printed photos, along with a link to download digital photos and videos. Prefere everything on an USB stick? You can purchase one from us as well.
