Let’s get to know each other
Being pregnant and bringing a child into the world is one of the most extraordinary times in your life. We believe it’s important that you feel truly at ease during this period. That starts with knowing the people who will be supporting you. We want you to see us not just as healthcare professionals, but as individuals who empathise with you and stand by your side throughout this special time. That’s why we’re excited to introduce ourselves to you.

“In my work, I value most to support you through this new phase of life. I listen, observe, and provide practical advice where needed to make parenthood a little bit easier. Pilates, barre, and adventures with my two children keep me active and energised in my work. I also have a great love for interior design and sustainability. It’s no secret that I’m a bargain hunter and love to scour thrift stores.”

"What I think it’s important in my work is that you and your partner know exactly what’s happening and what to expect. I believe that clear information, combined with a touch of humour during appointments and labour, helps you navigate this special time with confidence. Together, we’ll make each appointment a relaxed and enjoyable experience. I love staying active and regularly engage in sports with my horse. I also spend a lot of time with my son and partner, and I love going out with them. And secretly, I enjoy a cosy night on the couch!”
Femke
"In my work, it’s all about you and your sense of security. I want you to feel heard and supported throughout your pregnancy, labour, and postpartum period. Together, we’ll make sure you can look back on this extraordinary time with pride. I’ll be there to guide you every step of the way. In my spare time, I love being outdoors, sailing or cycling. I enjoy going to the beach and chatting with friends and family. Oh, and I can never say no to a good slice of cake!”
Evi
"In my work, I find it important that every woman feels seen, heard, and supported. I like to take the time for personal care and a calm atmosphere, creating space for trust — in each other, but especially in your own body. I guide families with attention, involvement, and a touch of Zaans straightforwardness: clear, warm, and with a smile here and there. My goal is for you to feel strong, confident, and held throughout pregnancy, birth, and the postnatal period.
When I’m not working, I love spending time with family and friends, and you’ll often find me in the kitchen cooking or baking. I also love travelling and enjoy good food."
Observer
Every now and then, our team is temporarily joined by a observer midwife or sonographer, for example during holidays, illness, training, leave, or team activities. This way, we can always ensure continuity of care. If she’s with us for several days, we’ll be happy to introduce her on our social media — so you’ll know exactly who is there to support you.

"Alongside medical ultrasounds and non-medical ultrasounds, I also conduct the 13- and 20-week scans. For every ultrasound, I believe it’s important to involve you in what I’m doing. I take time to explain what I’m observing and why it matters. My aim is to make each ultrasound a special experience where you feel heard and well-informed. Outside of work, I’m always on the go: I play tennis, practise pilates, and even swim outdoors in the winter. What makes me happiest? Spending time with my kids and taking walks with my dog.”
Celeste
"For me, it’s important that you feel welcome, whether on the phone or at the front desk. I do my utmost to assist you as best I can and hope you always feel comfortable coming to me with any questions. My motto is: better to call once too often than not enough; that’s my motto. I cherish moments with my children and family and love being creative with photography. Before joining this team, I even had the opportunity to photograph a few births!”
Ursula
"With over 12 years of experience as an assistant, I’m here to help you with any questions you may have. It’s important to me that you feel taken seriously and that you always feel welcome to get in touch. No question is too much, and I’m always ready to support you so that you feel at ease. In my free time, I enjoy playing games with friends, going for nice walks, and stay active with sports.”
Ramona
"Every month, I thoroughly enjoy hosting the Dutch information session and I conduct 3D/4D ultrasound sessions. It’s great to connect with (expectant) parents, offer support, and answer their questions. Alongside my work here, I’m also training to become a midwife. I enjoy spending time with animals, watching series, going on winter sports holidays, and baking.”
