What is a preconception consultation?
A preconception consultation is your opportunity to get everything ordered and ensure your body is optimally prepared for a healthy pregnancy. Together, we’ll look at your lifestyle, nutrition, any medical history, and more. Do you have questions about how to increase your chances of getting pregnant? Or are you curious about what to do if you’re dealing with an illness? We’re here to help.

We’ll advise you on which vitamins and vaccinations you need and discuss whether blood tests for childhood diseases are necessary.
How to prepare?
To make your consultation most worthwhile, we recommend filling in this questionnaire and emailing it to us in advance. This gives us a good overview of your health situation so we can have more time to spend on the topics that matter to you during the consultation
